This position will work with the Program Development and Proposal team. IIE’s Program Development and Proposal Management team leads efforts to grow and expand IIE’s portfolio of mission-related programs sponsored by the U.S. government, foreign governments, foundations, corporations, organizations, and higher education institutions. The team identifies new opportunities, manages the proposal development and submission process, and writes proposals in consultation with technical experts and leaders across the organization. The position serves as proposal technical lead on large, complex, and high priority bid opportunities, developing compelling proposals that showcase IIE’s competitive advantage and comply with solicitation requirements. The position is also responsible for tracking assigned opportunities and serves as a key IIE resource for program development.

Salary Range:$78,534 - $94,937. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, internal organizational equity, and geographic region.
