This position will work with the Heritage Commission/Middle East Programs. IIE’s Middle East Programs Department is responsible for the development and implementation of a portfolio of programs in the Middle East and North Africa region. Each of these programs is unique in nature where IIE, in collaboration with partners which include Govts., universities and other organizations, develops a vision and scope for each program that ranges from international student recruitment, administration of student scholarships and exchange programs, to training of professionals in various fields. The Program Analyst helps in the management of the Heritage Commission Program for capacity development and training in Saudi Arabia. The Program Analyst contributes to multiple aspects of the program lifecycle including the design and implementation of a capacity building program. This includes serving as the first point of contact for team members, contractors, and business partners. The Program Analyst participates in the design of training programs, identifying trainers, university/organizational partners, and the administration of these trainings including securing venues, and the overall logistics of the event. The Program Analyst will work with others and manage study tours and delegations in the US and the GCC region, from identifying potential partners to managing events and trips logistics. Additionally, the Analyst will assist in the execution of the programmatic deliverables and contributing to comprehensive program reports and presentations and tracking payments to vendors. The Program Analyst will join a team with a Program Analyst and a Program Manager.
• Works with Program Manager in the planning and implementation of all aspects of the program lifecycle components such as event management, training material production, external payment tracking, travel arrangements, and reporting. Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Salary Range:$60,547 - $70,386.
