Starting Salary Range: $23 - $25per hour depending on experience

General Position Summary:

Provide clerical support for the Tools Department.


Essential Job Functions:

  • AP/AR Support for the Tool Dept.
  • Maintains Records- service & repairs of tools.
  • Maintains inventory control.
  • Hazmat management – coordinating P/U and billing review.
  • Tool Room/Warehouse Supply management
  • Maintain process documentation for the tool dept & warehouse.
  • Provide clerical/ administrative support to the tool dept. & warehouse
  • Enter Purchase Orders and coordinate add-ons with AP.
  • Manage various functions in Trackvia including ordering, & writing PO’s.
  • Regular attendance and promptness are considered part of each employee's essential job functions.

Secondary Job Functions:

  • Assist with Fastenal invoice review for approval.
  • Complete monthly expense report of TR Manager.





Position Requirements

Skills Required to Perform the Essential Duties of the Job:

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • None

Education/ Experience Requirements Needed to Perform the Essential Duties of the Job:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of warehouse work experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of returns or inventory experience preferred.

Licensing or Other Special Certifications Required:

  • Maintain a valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.
