Administrative Assistant - Bernalillo County Elections, Albuquerque, New Mexico

ATA Services Inc. seeks to hire several temp employees to work on an assignments for the upcoming Primary Election with Bernalillo County.

• Start Dates: May 27, 2024
• Pay Rate: $16.15 per hour, weekly pay
• Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7:30am – 4:00pm

Voter Registration – Same Day Election Day - Start Date 5/27/2024 – end date 6/28/2024

This position is in Downtown Albuquerque.

Filing paperwork, sorting forms, customer service, Voter C Center setup, canvass board support, and data entry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven Administrative and Customer Service experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good practical experience with MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of office equipment.
• Strong verbal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
