Lytx is seeking a passionate marketing operations team member with hands-on experience in the B2B MarTech ecosystem and an understanding of growth marketing strategies. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for understanding the operational needs and business processes of our marketing ecosystem to guide the implementation and maintenance of our systems infrastructure, as well as expanding user adoption through training and best practice sharing.

You’ll Get To:

  • Innovate and adopt new marketing technologies by leading the assessment, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the systems within the MarTech ecosystem, while ensuring systems and processes are designed for scale.
  • Generate excitement and expand user adoption of our technologies and business processes across the marketing organization through documentation, training, and best practice sharing.
  • Develop recommendations and project plans in support of technology implementations and expansions, and the development of new business processes.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders and internal partners to put plans into action.
  • Improve the rigor of our marketing infrastructure by identifying and resolving gaps in tracking and technology use cases to ensure data hygiene and parity across systems.
  • Configure and maintain internal education, collaboration, and support tools to align with business needs and processes.
  • Increase our marketable audience by advising on list-building, segmentation, and data governance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging Marketing Operations approaches, technologies, and trends.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3-5 years of marketing operations experience, preferably for a SaaS business
  • Experience with B2B MarTech ecosystem, including but not limited to Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible, and 6sense, as well as various planning and budgeting platforms
  • Proven track record of working with technical teams
  • Passion for leveraging automation and technology to improve speed to market and meet business objectives
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Solution-oriented and analytical mindset

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$71,427.25 - $80,275.75
