We are looking for an Operations & Fulfillment Specialist, Partner Operations to join our team! You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless order fulfillment processes, accurate delivery, and encouraging continuous improvement initiatives within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating partner order fulfillment operations, owning fulfillment KPIs and metrics, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality. You'll Get To:

  • Coordinate and lead all aspects of the end-to-end partner order fulfillment process, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and delivered on time

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including order management, logistics, and partner success to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery

  • Communicate optimally with Partner Success and as needed, partners, to address any order-related inquiries, concerns, or discrepancies, and ensure their happiness with our services

  • Maintain comprehensive metrics and reporting to track key performance indicators (critical metrics) related to order fulfillment and delivery accuracy

  • Generate regular reports to provide insights into operational performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement

  • Proactively identify opportunities for streamlining workflows, reducing costs, and enhancing the quality of service delivery. Participate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements

  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • Fully bilingual in both Spanish and English (writing and speaking)

  • 3+ proven experience in operations, logistics, or fulfillment roles, with a focus on order processing and delivery ; International experience highly preferred

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience working with global teams

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners

  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Hourly rate is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring hourly rate for this position is:

$32.64 - $41.17
