PURPOSE

The Revenue Contract Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of all revenue contracts. You will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive record system for contracts, amendments, and related documents, guaranteeing proper data entry in the company's ERP and terminal data systems. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic to ensure smooth financial operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Below is a list of essential duties of this position. NOTE: Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Ensure all revenue contract documents are properly stored and accessible on the Commercial SharePoint Site.

  • Ensure that all fixed, usage based, and chargeback contracts lines are accurately recorded in the Workday Contracts Module (WDCM)

  • Notify Commercial and Finance team members regarding key contract dates.

  • Calculate CPI increases for all renewing contracts and create the customer support package.

  • Create and maintain billing and revenue schedules in Workday.

  • Ensure proper contract linking with various terminal data systems.

  • Update Adaptive Planning revenue sheet to reflect pricing and term changes to active contracts.

  • Assist with the credit and collections when required.

  • Assist with year-end audit support when required.

  • High school diploma. (Associate degree preferred)

  • Minimum two years’ experience in corporate setting working with revenue contracts.

  • Process oriented and highly accountable.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to find inconsistencies between documents.

  • Effective time management skills.

  • Reports to work on time prepared to perform the duties of the position and willing to perform the duties as workload necessitates.

Working Conditions and Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the individual is often working with hot samples, vapors, noise, fumes, cleaning chemicals and solvents.

Physical Requirements/Activities: While performing the duties of this position, the individual is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, walk on elevated walkways, and around tanks, access, reach with hands and arms, use hands to finger, handle, feel, and use tools and equipment for sampling of products. This position involves standing/bending/stooping/walking for approximately 90% of the workday. Occasionally the employee is required to lift or exert force of more than 50 pounds. Frequently, the employee is required to lift or exert force of up to 25 pounds.
