In keeping with this mission, the role of the Assistant Coach of Field Hockey is to provide a quality varsity program which will challenge and develop the physical, mental and personal abilities of student-athletes of a Division I program. Responsibilities • Coach field hockey in a substantive manner that is consistent with the educational mission of the University. • Successfully identify and recruit student-athletes within the framework of the University guidelines and policies. • The assistant coach will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to CARA Forms, recruiting logs, calendars, rosters and other various reports for NCAA and Ivy League compliance related issues. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent coaching experience.
