Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor of Data Informatics to join our analytic team. This supervisor will lead a team of analysts to prepare and present detailed data analyses to large customers across the Enlyte suite of products for both workers' compensation, Auto 1st Party, and Auto 3rd party lines of insurance.

This position also requires:

• Design operational procedures and processes to maximize efficiencies of the team and to support objectives.
• Define, develop, test and document innovative business analytic reporting.
• Analyze processes, workflows, and systems for data validation and integrity.
• Ensure integration of data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
• Lead special data projects and ad hoc report requests for end-users using system tools and data warehouse queries and scripts.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 5 years analytics experience required.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience a plus.
• Workers' Compensation of experience a plus.
• Auto Insurance experience a plus.
• Customer facing experience a plus.
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau data visualization tools a plus.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $98,000 - $125,000 annually and will be based on a number of additional factors, including skills, experience, and education.
