The Field Service Operations of JP Pest Services is steadily growing, and each busy season, we look to hire an expert team of full-time mosquito and tick service professionals for an outdoor seasonal role with the potential for permanent employment at the end of the season. We understand that your time and commitment to this role are valuable, so we offer a substantial end-of-season bonus for those who stay the entire season. We service homes and businesses throughout New England and are currently seeking someone in Salem, or the surrounding area.

Our professional field service teams are the face of JP Pest Services when interacting with customers and the communities where they work. We want our customer experiences to reach new benchmarks through the innovative services we provide and the care we extend for their pest situations.
Blueprint of a Top Service Professional:
As a Service Professional, you will serve as an observational biologist with a forensic eye. If you like CSI-type shows, pest management is the place for you. Our Service Professionals help people resolve complex pest scenarios through their deep understanding of pest biology, conducive conditions, and the custom approaches to take for each case. If we do our jobs well, then we will deliver peace of mind to our customers who count on our expertise. Mosquitoes and ticks are a public health threat, so your work is rewarding in knowing that you are protecting people from potential harm.

What You Get:
-$18.70/hr. 1st Season
-$20.30/hr. Returning Season
-Lead commission opportunities
-Seasonal Bonus of $2500, paid in installments on Aug 15th, Sept 15th and at the end of the season by October 31st
-Company vehicle and gas card
-Paid Holidays during the seasonal period (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day)
-Full rate of pay during your training period
-No pest management experience needed; our PhD Entomologist and other staff experts will provide all the training and coaching necessary for you to succeed and acquire your applicator’s license
-Paid applicator’s license fees
