Lytx is looking for a results-oriented account-based marketer to plan, execute, and optimize integrated, one-to-one ABM campaigns to support funnel progression and opportunity creation for global strategic accounts. You are a marketing strategist who will collaborate with sales, analysts, content marketers, paid media specialists, and creative resources to deliver omnichannel, hyper-personalized campaigns across a variety of online and offline channels to engage high-value accounts. You will lead account selection, measurement, and scalable campaign creation while reporting on the success of ABM initiatives across stakeholders and executives. This pivotal role will help drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth in key accounts around the world.

You’ll Get To:

  • Develop global one-to-one ABM campaign plans, launch timelines, and budgets.
  • Launch hyper-personalized, account-first campaigns to support opportunity creation and deal acceleration by leveraging multiple channels including email, web, digital advertising, direct mail, and events
  • Define repeatable processes to expand the ABM program across all strategic accounts globally.
  • Partner with sales and marketing SMEs on campaign concepts, content requirements, digital marketing execution, and messaging/creative development.
  • Collaborate with the operations team as a key stakeholder in identifying our TAM, acquiring it for our CRM, and segmentation for campaign targeting and personalization
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns. Provide regular reporting and insights to collaborators, including senior management, on the impact of account-based marketing efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and iterate on strategies to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of B2B ABM experience
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing global ABM strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Experience with ABM tech stack (e.g. 6sense and Marketo)
  • Ability to leverage data to optimize ABM campaigns and measure performance
  • In-depth knowledge of emerging ABM trends. Ability to create new programs that align with business priorities and deliver results.
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with experience delivering against measurable KPIs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$89,750.00 - $113,250.00
