About This Position Pay Range: $22.00 - $42.00 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Edge Autonomy is looking for Electronics Technicians. Due to growth in our business, we have a variety of positions available ranging from entry level Technicians through advanced; salary is based on a skills assessment. The Electronics Technician is an integral part of our production team. The Electronics Technician is responsible for building assemblies to the document specification and ensuring that all work and components meet rigorous quality standards. A successful Electronics Technician has a keen attention to detail, enjoys working on a team, supports others in the shop and throughout the company, both technically and as teammates. Responsibilities Manufacturing and assembling cables and wire harnesses Testing and function checking completed assemblies Filling out travelers and documenting components progress through the shop Regular use of the following tools: soldering iron, wire cutter/stripper/crimper, screwdriver, hand drill/grinder/cutter, drill press, Windows PC, digital multi-meter, etc. Communicate, discuss and listen to challenges with management, teammates, etc. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Experience in a production setting Basic Computer competency The ability to read and follow schematics, drawings, procedures, etc. Edge Autonomy Benefits Matching 401(k) Paid PTO Paid holidays Medical, vision, and dental insurance Group Short-Term and Long-Term Disability HSA and FSA Options Critical Care Plan Accident Care Plan Hiring Requirements If an offer of employment offer is extended, applicant must have the ability to pass a background check and the ability to be insured by the Companys Auto-policy.
