Diploma or GED Experience Requirement: Experience finishing concrete on heavy highway and bridge jobs Special Skills: Ability to work at heights up to 150 feet; ability to communicate effectively and take instructions Travel Requirement: Open to travel Description Position: Concrete Surfacer (Finisher) We are currently looking for Concrete Finishers to join our Wagman Heavy Civil team, starting at our Williamsburg, VA project. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy highway and/or bridge construction, carrying out concrete finishing operations on surfaces such as parapets, caps, columns, footings, deck slabs and more. Driver's license and reliable transportation are very helpful, must be able to work outdoors year round. This is a safety sensitive position requiring work on construction sites with various safety hazards inherent in heavy construction. This position is subject to drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor. Wagman is a fourth generation, family-owned company with offices in Pennsylvania and Virginia and is headquartered in York, PA. Founded in 1902, as a heavy civil contractor, Wagman is a nationally recognized leader in the industry.
