Every day, more architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and owners specify Wells precast building components for their construction needs and with this continue success, we are looking to hire a motivated self-starting Civil Engineer to join our Engineering team. Starting Salary $65,000 or more depending on experience, education, and skills ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The first portion of the Wells EDP will get you up to speed with quality control. This is one of the most important aspects of engineering with Wells. Our attention to detail and quality is what sets us apart from the competition.
Once you complete the Quality Control phase, you'll have the opportunity to work in our Field Services division.
The final portion of the Wells EDP consists of hands-on experience in engineering design. You'll spend your final months working in tandem with Wells Design Engineers to design precast concrete products for a variety of projects, gaining valuable skills.
